Shipping of your parcel
Deliveries are shipped via Mondial Relay and Bpost. The shipping costs are listed in the "Delivery costs" section of the Baudilaine.com website.
Baudilaine.com cannot be held responsible for delays, damage or loss of parcels attributable to the delivery services. Where applicable, an appropriate solution will be found between the seller and the customer.
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of the customer's order, except in the following cases:
Out of stock at Baudilaine.com: Baudilaine.com cannot be held responsible if an item is out of stock but shown as available or in stock on the Baudilaine.com online shop. Where applicable, the buyer will be informed by email or telephone. Out-of-stock products will be shipped within a maximum of 30 days following the order day, provided they are available from the site's suppliers. If the out-of-stock products are not or no longer available from Baudilaine.com's suppliers, the order for the out-of-stock product(s) will be cancelled and the customer will be reimbursed the amount paid for that/those product(s), excluding shipping costs. This amount will be paid within a maximum of 15 working days.
Information about any increase in the usual shipping time (holidays, high site traffic, site maintenance, unforeseen circumstances, etc.) is clearly indicated on the Baudilaine.com website.
Returns
The customer may return a product purchased on the Baudilaine.com website under the following conditions:
Sale and promotional items cannot be returned, whether by parcel or brought directly back to the "Les Textiles Rechaintois" shop.
The customer must inform the seller within a maximum of 14 calendar days following receipt of the order, quoting the order number, before returning the product concerned.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
The product returned to the seller must not have been used. It must be returned in its original packaging and condition and in the same quantity as purchased on the website (for example, if 17 balls of a product were purchased, 17 balls must be returned).
If the buyer benefited from reduced shipping costs for the returned product, the refund of the returned product will be reduced by the shipping costs that should have been charged to the customer when the seller shipped it.
Returns for excess quantity (too many balls) are only accepted at the shop located at 9, rue Nicolas Arnold, B4800 Petit-Rechain (Belgium), on presentation of the detailed order document. Exchange for new merchandise or a credit note is then accepted if the balls are in their original condition and if the merchandise is still part of the collections available in store.
