These terms of sale apply to all sales contracts concluded between Baudilaine.com and the customer. These general terms and conditions of sale may be departed from only by means of a written document, duly signed by Baudilaine.com and by the customer. These general terms and conditions of sale exclude any general conditions mentioned in documents originating from the customer, even if those documents bear a later date. Baudilaine.com reserves the right to amend and/or supplement these general conditions at any time for future orders, and this without personally notifying the customer and without the latter being able to claim any compensation whatsoever
1: The Products
Baudilaine.com endeavours to present the products offered for sale in a clear, precise and exhaustive manner. Colour variations due to screen lighting or the dye bath are not the responsibility of Baudilaine.com. A variation in the weight of the products is possible and is not the responsibility of Baudilaine.com if there is no impact on the price per kilogram.
Baudilaine.com accepts no liability for damage caused by the products sold on the Baudilaine.com website
2: The Prices
The prices displayed on the Baudilaine.com website are in euros, including 21% VAT. Postage costs are not included.
Baudilaine.com reserves the right to cancel a sale if the price shown on the site is the result of an encoding error.
3: Payments
Orders are paid via Paypal or by bank transfer.
4: Orders
No order is processed by Baudilaine.com until payment has been made by the customer and the amount of that order has been paid in full into the Paypal account or the bank account of Baudilaine.com
The customer receives a confirmation email for each order detailing its contents.
5: Deliveries
Deliveries are shipped via Bpost. The costs relating to shipping are listed in the “Delivery costs” section of the Baudilaine.com website
Baudilaine.com cannot be held responsible for delays, damage or loss of parcels attributed to the delivery services. Where applicable, an appropriate solution will be found between the seller and the customer.
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours following the customer's order, with the exception of the following cases:
Out of stock at Baudilaine.com: Baudilaine.com cannot be held responsible if an item is out of stock but indicated as available or in stock on the Baudilaine.com online sales site. Where applicable, the buyer will be informed by email or telephone. Out-of-stock products will be shipped within a maximum of 30 days following the day of the order if they are available from the site's suppliers. If the out-of-stock products are not or no longer available from Baudilaine.com's suppliers, the order for the out-of-stock product(s) will be cancelled and the customer will be reimbursed the amount paid for that/those product(s), excluding delivery costs. This amount will be paid within a maximum of 15 working days
Information clearly indicated on the Baudilaine.com website about any increase in the usual shipping time (holidays, heavy site traffic, site maintenance, unforeseen circumstances, etc.)
6: Returns
The customer may return a product purchased on the Baudilaine.com website under the following conditions:
The customer must inform the seller within a maximum of 14 calendar days following receipt of the order, quoting the order number, before returning the product concerned.
The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer
The product returned to the seller must not have been used. It must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
If the buyer had benefited from shipping cost reductions for the returned product, the refund of the returned product will be reduced by the postage costs that should have been charged to the customer when the seller dispatched it.
The customer may return the goods directly to the shop.
The refund is always made through the means of payment used by the customer when ordering on the site. The amount is then credited to that means of payment (Paypal, Bancontact, Visa, ...), never refunded in cash at the shop.
7: Risks related to the Internet
The customer is aware of the restrictions and risks related to the use of the internet or of any other means by which the Baudilaine.com website is currently or will in the future be made available. The customer is also aware of the risks of storing and transmitting information by digital or electronic means. The customer accepts that Baudilaine.com cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the use of the Baudilaine.com website or of the internet, as a result of the aforementioned risks. The customer accepts that electronic communications and backups may serve as evidence.
8: Possible complaints and disputes
For any possible complaint, the customer may contact the seller via email (info@baudilaine.com) or by telephone (0032(0)87331149).
9: Intellectual property
The site, name, logo, images, products and content of the Baudilaine.com website are the intellectual property of the seller and may not be used without his consent, and this throughout the world.
